    產(chǎn)品介紹RAB proteins, such as RAB4B, are members of the RAS superfamily of small GTPases that are involved in vesicular trafficking (He et al., 2002 [PubMed 12450215]).

    Function:
    Protein transport. Probably involved in vesicular traffic (By similarity).

    Subunit:
    Interacts with SGSM1, SGSM2 and SGSM3 (By similarity). Interacts with RAB11FIP1, RABEP1, ZFYVE20 and RUFY1. Interacts (membrane-bound form) with NDRG1; the interaction involves NDRG1 in vesicular recycling of E-cadherin.

    Subcellular Location:
    Membrane; Peripheral membrane protein. Cytoplasm. Note=Generally associated with membranes. Cytoplasmic when phosphorylated by CDK1.

    Post-translational modifications:
    Phosphorylated by CDK1 kinase during mitosis.
