    產品介紹This gene encodes a type I membrane glycoprotein containing two extracellular immunoglobulin domains, a transmembrane and a cytoplasmic domain. This gene is expressed by various cell types, including B cells, a subset of T cells, thymocytes, endothelial cells, and neurons. The encoded protein plays an important role in immunosuppression and regulation of anti-tumor activity. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.     CD200是Ⅰ型膜糖蛋白，為免疫球蛋白超家族的新成員，廣泛表達在人類胸腺細胞、B細胞、激活的T細胞、濾泡狀樹突細胞、神經元及血管內皮上。可表達于B細胞及其增殖性疾病和一部分T細胞。近年來研究發現，CD200與CD200R間的相互作用可以傳遞抑制性信號減低髓樣細胞的活性，改變其遷移。CD200在免疫疾病和抑制排斥反應中作為一種免疫耐受信號，它的一些相關分子在免疫調節中也具有一定的作用。
